Main Street Minute: Healthy food restaurant opens in Scottsdale

KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. These stories air each weekday on KTAR at 7:27 a.m.

• Kale and Clover Mindful Kitchen will open this week at Hayden Road and Thompson Peak Parkway in north Scottsdale. Some of the proceeds from meals sold this week will benefit Amy’s Army, the nonprofit led by former Olympic swimmer Amy Van Dyken.

• Orangetheory Fitness will be moving into downtown Phoenix. The Phoenix Business Journal reported the workout studio hoped the site would be open within the next two to three months.
