Main Street Minute: Utility will install solar panels for free

APS is looking to get into the rooftop residential solar market. To jump-start the plan, the utility company will install solar panels on 3,000 homes and pay customers $30 a month. APS plans to eventually spend $70 million to expand the service throughout the Valley.

Mattress Firm is hiring sales managers at Phoenix, Tempe Chandler and Mesa stores.

The Maricopa Community College system is hiring. The school system needs an administrative secretary, program advisers, admission records workers and a payroll manager.
