2015 Legislative session: What happened? Winners and losers?

The republic is safe, the Legislature has adjourned.
There is a new governor and an even more conservative Legislature. So what did they actually do? What happened with respect to taxes, educational spending, changes in election law, and hot-button social issues (guns, abortion, healthcare, etc.)?
