Those little GoPro cameras seem to be everywhere these days.
They’re used to capture amazing images underwater, record skydives or something as innocuous as a simple prank. But now the devices have officially left Earth’s atmosphere and are apart of NASA.
The space agency sent astronaut Terry Virts on a spacewalk on the International Space Station in late February, but they didn’t send him alone. They sent a GoPro to accompany him.
Follow along as Virts and fellow astronaut Barry Wilmore make repairs on the ISS and see what it’s like to walk in space.
