Mexican firefighter pours water on burned cat after fire

Firefighters have a tough job.

Not only do they have to work to put out devastating fires, but they also have to help pick up the pieces after. That's not always an easy thing.

But it's amazing what a kind word or helping hand can do after a fire. Sometimes that's all someone needs to get back on their feet.

Or paws, like the cat in this video below.

After a fire in Ensenada, Mexico, the unidentified firefighter in the clip pours water over a cat that had been burned.

The video was posted to remind people that animals are also affected by fires.
