I'm not a big fan of diet fads.

It seems that every few months some "scientist" has this amazing revelation that cutting "x" from your diet will make the pounds fall off without any exercise, fight cancer and make you superior to all your fat friends.

OK, I added the third part.

The latest fad is going "gluten-free," meaning you don't eat foods with gluten in it. Sounds easy enough, right?

But most people have no idea why they eat gluten-free or even what gluten is. Hence why Jimmy Kimmel asked multiple healthy-looking people if they were gluten-free.

They are. Whether or not they actually know why or what gluten actually is, that's another story.
