The holidays are a special time of year when many companies go out of their way to make some of their customers' years.

To all those companies, West Jet may have just raised the bar.

The Canadian airline asked customers on one flight what they wanted for Christmas. Believing it was nothing more than a stunt, most said they wanted a TV, a tablet or something more simple, like socks and underwear.

Little did the passengers know, the airline was writing everything down and relied on Santa to do the rest. Make sure to watch all the way to the end, because the reactions are all incredible.
