Toronto Mayor Rob Ford knocks over city council member

A video showed embattled Toronto Mayor Rob Ford running over a city council member on Monday during a heated exchange about the future of his job.

In the video, Ford clearly becomes angered by something or someone and runs towards the source of his anger. That’s when Councillor Pam McConnell steps in the way to stop him.

Ford slows down after running into McConnell, but it appeared the only thing keeping her standing was Ford himself. After stopping, Ford puts McConnell back on her feet and greets two men.

Ford is currently fighting for his job after admitting to smoking crack-cocaine while in a “drunken stupor” and buying illegal drugs, among other things.
