French betting ads poke fun at major tragedies
If you're easily offended, it's probably best to move on.
Now that you've been warned, I present two ads that are guaranteed to cause a stir on the Internet.
A French horse betting company, PMU, decided to embrace major tragedies in history with one small tweak: Rather than the actual cause, the commercials feature a bet gone bad as the reason John F. Kennedy was killed and the Titanic sunk.
Sometimes, you can't make this stuff up. Sometimes you do, put in on YouTube, wait for for the Internet to get angry and watch the revenue roll in.
I'll bet you can't figure out which route PMU took.
