Woman attacks reporter, gets maced by police

That awkward moment when the journalist becomes part of the story.

That’s exactly what happened to a reporter from NBC member station WESH-TV in Orlando, Fla.

While reporting on the shooting of a local police officer, a woman sprang out of nowhere and chased the reporter around until she finally caught up to the nearest target she could find, in this case, the cameraman, who suffered the wrath of the woman’s fist.

A police officer who was following her around ended up pulling out the pepper spray and sprayed her in the eyes.

It’s still unclear why she was so upset.
