If you've ever watched Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey," you might have a pretty good idea of how hard it is to work out in zero gravity.

But the times have changed and now lady-astronauts have one more thing to worry about while they float freely in a cold, dark and desolate place: hair shampooing.

That's right.

Watch as astronaut Karen Nyberg, who is part of the Expedition 36 crew at the International Space Station, reveals the secrets of having a clean, shiny scalp, free of lice and looking like a famed toy from the '90s.
