Is it Shark Week yet?
According to KTLA, a group of fisherman have netted a possible world record-sized shark off the coast of Huntington Beach.
The shark was 11 feet long, 8 feet in girth and more than 1,300 pounds, according to the fishermen’s estimates.
The fisherman say they are planning to donate the shark to a research organization for study.
The shark’s older brother, Jaws, was unavailable for comment.
