DISH: Prince could testify in the Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit
Katherine Jackson and Michael Jackson's three children are mounting a wrongful death lawsuit against concert promoter Anschutz Entertainment Group because AEG hired Dr. Conrad Murray.
The Jackson legal team is planning to call 100 witnesses and are suing for $40 billion.
The trial gets underway Tuesday in Los Angeles.
While Prince and Michael Jackson never collaborated, a source says Katherine's legal team believes Prince had a bad experience with AEG in the past that could be relevant.
Stephen Baldwin owes $300k in taxes, pleads guilty to not paying.
Stephen Baldwin, the youngest of four brothers in show business, says he's looking forward to "clearing the wreckage of my past."
Step 1 will be coming up with $300,000 for the tax man.
According to NY Daily News, Baldwin admitted in court that he failed to pay New York state income taxes for 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Under a plea bargain, he gets to stay out of jail so he can make some money and can have his record wiped clean if he pays the taxes within a year.

During an interview with a Los Angeles radio station on Friday, Brown revealed that he and Rihanna have split once again.
When asked if they are still together, Brown replied, "Uh, no. That's the short answer."
