Lindsay is being accused of lying to the police after her car accident back in June.
240 days in jail will be the maximum that L.A prosecutors can ask for. If the judge sentences Lindsay to the max, she would actually serve between 60 and 90 days in jail.
If convicted, Lindsay will be placed on probation for an additional two years, meaning if she breaks the law again, she could face more jail time.
Michael Jackson's family wants $40 billion from AEG Live.
It appears the Jackson family isn't letting AEG Live get off easy.
Gossip blog TMZ reports Michael Jackson's children Prince, Paris and Blanket, along with their grandmother Katherine Jackson, are requesting $40 billion from the entertainment company for the death of their father in 2009.
The family is suing AEG Live -- which sponsored Michael's "This Is It" tour -- for its alleged negligent hiring and supervision of Dr. Conrad Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the king of pop's death.
The kids reportedly want $10 billion for all of the future earnings they claim their dad would have made had he lived, as well as an additional $50 million each for various other damages. The civil case begins in Los Angeles on April 2.
Kim Kardashian: Pregnancy is tougher than I thought.
Hitting the Atlanta premiere on Saturday of Tyler Perry‘s Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor, Kim Kardashian admitted that pregnancy has been tougher than she expected.
Kim said,
"Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister [Kourtney] made it look or as my mom [Kris Jenner] has made it look. It's a little painful. I've gotten sick a couple times, and that puts you out." And the mom-to-be is making sure she gets in plenty of downtime. "I like to be active ... but I've been chilling out. I took a week off just to rest. It was amazing."
... And what's she craving? Carrots and ranch dressing. Kim says she used to love sweets, but not anymore. She can't even eat chocolate.
