Katherine and TJ serve as the guardians of 16-year-old Prince Michael, 15-year-old Paris and 11-year-old Blanket.

Katherine noted in the papers that TJ spends around 300 hours per month with the kids, taking them to appointments and activities including karate and guitar lessons, helping them with homework and attending school functions.

TJ was appointed as co-guardian earlier this year after the family grew concerned about 82-year-old Katherine's stability.

A judge has yet to rule on the case.

Reported by New York Daily News, a man was arrested and put behind bars without bond in Miami-Dade County jail this week after violating a restraining order that Donald Trump's daughter placed against him in a New York courthouse.

John Eugene Enabnit reportedly attempted to use someone else's media credential to gain access into the Cadillac Championship, which was held at Trump Doral Resort & Spa in the Miami suburbs over the weekend, but failed because the pass was not valid on that particular day.

Later, authorities recognized Enabnit from a New York Police Department flyer that was distributed to resort security but not local police. The flyer stated the 32-year-old was stalking Ivanka, and if he was found on resort property, he would be violation of the restraining order.

Police then tracked Enabnit to his hotel.
