According to TMZ, a formal complaint was filed against Bieber in November by a female security guard who was working at the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa.

Bieber was using a toy Nerf dart gun while play-fighting backstage with his younger brother and sister. One of the toy darts allegedly struck the security guard.

The woman, whose identity has not been revealed, was so incensed by the incident that she went straight to police.

Officials are currently looking into the bizarre case.

In a new interview with The Daily Mail, Evans admitted he has had no access to Adele or her 3-month-old son and feels she has completely shut him out of her life.

Evans left Adele's mother Penny when the Grammy-winning singer was three and has not had a good relationship with his daughter since.

After he cashed in on the story, Adele dissed her dad and openly admitted she would never speak to him again.
