Report: Suspicious car puts White House on lockdown

PHOENIX — A suspicious car reportedly placed the White House on lockdown for a short time Tuesday.
It appears the driver followed a motorcade onto White House grounds, but it is unclear who was in the vehicle. However, it appears one person has been arrested.

No specific details on how the vehicle got onto the closed street. Kerry was already here according to those in the vicinity.
