Google launches runner locator after Boston Marathon blasts

Google launched a specialized person finder on Monday after two explosions killed three and injured more than 170 at the Boston Marathon.
The finder allows users to either search for or provide information on runners.
The site has been used previously during the Japanese earthquakes and tsunamis.
