Katy Perry recently wrapped up her "Roar" video contest, but a group at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Children's Hospital in New Hampshire were seemingly inspired to create their own video -- it's pretty amazing.

The clip shows the hospital's patients, families, doctors and staff lip-syncing the pop star's single, "Roar." The truly moving clip, which the hospital uploaded to YouTube on Monday, is quickly becoming a viral hit.

"As a parent of a child who was at CHaD, I feel very fortunate to have this amazing hospital in our back door," said a YouTube commenter. "Thanks for the awesome video."

While these youngsters are going through a troubling time, it's clear they know how to make a loud roar.
