It was circa 1993 when "Saved by the Bell" character Zack Morris (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) caught his distressed BFF Jessie Spano (Elizabeth Berkley) poppin' caffeine pills to cram for school.

And that memorable TV moment was re-created by Berkley on "Dancing with the Stars" Monday night.

Berkley, wearing a flashy retro-inspired outfit, and her preppy partner Val Chmerkovskiy, jived to the tune "I'm So Excited" by The Pointer Sisters during the night's "Most Memorable Year of My Life" themed episode.

While judges Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli liked what they saw, Carrie Ann Inaba thought the dance needed a jolt.

Thankfully, the performance was enough to push the duo through to the next round.
