PHOENIX — The Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale, Ariz. will reportedly welcome four new restaurants prior to February’s Super Bowl.
Phoenix Business Journal reports two restaurants are already up and running while the other two are nearly ready.
The Fractured Prune, a doughnut shop, is one shop that’s already open. It occupies 1,462 square feet near the AMC Theatres. The other restaurant, Opa Life Greek Cafe, opened this week.
Crave Gourmet Waffle Sandwiches was expected to open this week while Hot N Juicy Crawfish is expected to open Friday.
“The restaurant offering at Westgate has never been more exciting or more diverse,” said David Sotolov, senior vice president of iStar Financial, owner of Westgate Entertainment District. “We’re proud to show off how significantly things have changed at Westgate in the last few years.”
Arizona’s Super Bowl is scheduled for Feb. 1 at nearby University of Phoenix Stadium.
