PHOENIX — The city of Phoenix has welcomed a new farmers market site at Cashman Park near 44th Street and Deer Valley Road.
Sponsored by Desert Ridge Lifestyles and managed by MM Events, the market will be held on the third Sunday of every month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m until April 19.
There will be “approximately 40 different unique vendors selling a lot of produce and other food items,” said Gregg Bach of Phoenix’s Parks and Recreation Department.
Parking for the event will be available at Desert Trails Elementary School, which is close by. You can also access the park by foot or bicycle through the pathways within the Desert Ridge community. The park will stay open during the hours of the farmers market.
