Arizona Cardinals to donate money in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month

PHOENIX — The Arizona Cardinals will support Domestic Violence Awareness Month at Sunday’s home game against the Philadelphia Eagles and for the rest of the 2014 season through a variety of programs.
On Sunday, bilingual domestic violence awareness and assistance information will be given out at tables on all concourses throughout University of Phoenix Stadium as part of the team’s “Defense Against Domestic Violence” initiative.
The Cardinals donated tickets to Sunday’s games to various organizations that assist victims or spread awareness of domestic violence
Fans can also donate their old cell phones as part of Verizon’s “HopeLine” program at the game.
In addition to Sunday’s programs, Cardinals Charities will donate $1,000 for every third down stop the Cardinals defense makes this season.
