Price at the pumps should be dipping in the coming months

The average gas price in Arizona hovers around $3.30 per gallon as the month of September wraps up.
That price could be falling and falling fast.
A national fuel expert believes a gallon could be below $3 at some point in the coming months.
Tom Kloza with gasbuddy.com. thinks many reasons are responsible for the dip, including a lower price of crude oil, demand is flat and production is high.
“We have an aging population, certainly in Arizona, and they tend to drive less,” Kloza said. “On the younger end people aren’t scrambling to get their license or learners permits at 15, 16 and 17. From the middle of October through the end of the year I think we’ll see the lowest number (at the pump) since the fall of 2010. Considerably below $3.”
Arizona will be among the states with the lower pump prices, possibly as low as $2.75 at some point this winter.
