Education program, Phoenix Children’s Hospital promoting Child Passenger Safety Week

PHOENIX — Sunday marked the beginning of Child Passenger Safety Week.
Cincinnati Children’s Hospital created a national education program called Buckle Up for Life in 2004. The program has grown to include a network of more than dozen children’s hospitals nationwide, including Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Rebecca Pepper of Buckle Up for Life said PCH has distributed more than 530 car seats and educated more than 700 people on the proper use of car seats since it began participating in the program.
