PHOENIX -- A monsoon storm is causing flight delays at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Airport officials say departures and arrivals now are delayed about 20 minutes and operations are returning to normal.
That's down from up to two hours earlier Tuesday afternoon.
The heavy rain and low visibility forced several flights that were in-bound to Sky Harbor to be diverted to other airports.
Passengers still are advised to check flight status before coming to the airport.
