Tucson police said 33-year-old Robert Harrington was booked into Pima County Jail on Saturday on several charges including second-degree murder, felony criminal damage and unlawful possession of a narcotic drug.
They said Harrington's Nissan pickup ran a red light at the intersection of Tucson Boulevard and Drexel Road Thursday morning.

Harrington's passenger, 22-year-old Patricia Martinez, died at the scene. The truck's 32-year-old driver suffered minor injuries.
