D-backs to host 'Star Wars Day' on Sunday

PHOENIX -- The Force is strong with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Knowing many of their fans also love "Star Wars," the team will host "Star Wars Day" on Sunday, July 20.

According to the Diamondbacks' website, "fans will be greeted by various Star Wars characters as they enter the stadium and throughout the game, fans can enjoy Star Wars-themed music and headshots of D-backs players on dbTV."

Attendees are also encouraged to dress up in "Star Wars" costumes and take part in the pregame parade.

Limited quantities of a Josh Collmenter "Star Wars"-themed bobblehead will also be available for those who purchase the special "Star Wars" package.
