GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Glendale police are trying to identify a man who may be connected to the death of another man found shot in his car.
Police are trying to locate a person of interest in the killing of 72-year-old Mark Leroy Woodruff.
Authorities said a neighbor spotted an unresponsive Woodruff in the driver's seat of his vehicle June 24 near Maryland and 45th avenues.
Glendale firefighters later pronounced him dead.
Police said the person of interest was either Native American or Hispanic, in his late teens or early 20s and has a scar on the back of his head.
Woodruff worked as a night custodian at a Phoenix church.
