PHOENIX -- A search for a missing Phoenix woman was called off Thursday after she was found safe.

Mary Brown Henderson was last seen at her apartment neat North 42nd Street and Sweetwater Wednesday afternoon. Police believe she left the area on foot.

Henderson's family described her as "senile and confused" and is being treated for dementia.

In a tweet, Sgt. Steve Martos said Henderson was "receiving treatment."
