PEORIA, Ariz. (AP)- A man is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder in the shooting death of his older brother in Peoria.
Peoria police said 39-year-old Christopher Wasar also was accused of burglary. They said said it appeared Wasar forced his way into the apartment where his brother was staying early Saturday and there was an argument.
Arriving police officers found 42-year-old Matthew Wasar on the ground in front of the apartment complex with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.
