PHOENIX -- A barricade situation that started around 5 a.m. Sunday morning at a town home complex in Phoenix has been resolved.

According to Sgt. Steve Martos of the Phoenix Police Department, officers responded to a call regarding shots being fired at the complex located between 12th Street and Dunlap Avenue.

Once Phoenix PD arrived on scene, an armed individual pointed his gun at the officers before barricading himself inside a home.

As of 8:20 a.m., however, two suspects were detained at the complex.

No other information is available at this time.,
