GILBERT, Ariz. -- Gilbert police say two people have been critically injured after leading officers on a high-speed chase.

KPHO-TV reports police were dispatched early Sunday after several 911 callers reported a truck driving recklessly in a residential neighborhood, allegedly hitting a parked car.

Police said officers spotted the truck and attempted a traffic stop.

They said the driver then fled, running a red light before appearing to lose control.

Authorities said the truck rolled several times.
