Valley restaurant expanding to the Middle East
"We're very fortunate to find a group out of Egypt that had recognized that we'd just got recognized as a Future 50 Brand from the restaurant industry," said CEO Dan Chaon. The restaurant is also about to open its 30th location in Arizona.
Chaon said the group liked that the company is family owned by three of the original founding sisters, adding that the expansion will start off in Cairo before heading to Alexandria and likely Dubai.
All locations in both Cairo and Dubai will not serve alcohol, in accordance with Islamic law, but will keep the bar atmosphere.
