PHOENIX -- Authorities said a third man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a clerk of a Phoenix smoke shop during an April 29 robbery.

Lorenzo Rudolfo Garcia, 24, was booked into a Maricopa County jail Wednesday on suspicion of first-degree murder and armed robbery after detectives arrested him Tuesday.

Phoenix Police also said that a Cadillac Esplanade taken during the robbery was recovered Monday in Peoria.

Earlier this month arrested two brothers, 18-year-old Alex Garcia and 21-year-old Jesse Ruben Mesa, were arrested in the shooting of 47-year-old Kadhim Al-Taee.

He was shot multiple times in the shop where a small fire had been set. The business also had been ransacked.
