Two sisters separated at birth were finally were able to meet each other in person in San Francisco this weekend.
ABC 15 reports the two women were adopted when they were young and didn't know about each other until recently.
Their aunt had held on to their adoption papers until the mother of the two died, and one sister learned of the other shortly after.
Kathy Parmenter from San Francisco didn't even know she was adopted until she was 26, and 38 years later, she finally got to meet her sister.
The two had been keeping contact with each other for nine months prior to their meet-up at a California airport.
During their tearful reunion, both sisters were stunned to learn "(they) have the same everything!"
The sisters vow they will stick together forever, now.
