PHOENIX -- Authorities have released the name of a teenage girl who died in an apartment fire in west Phoenix.
Phoenix police say 14-year-old Rosa Belen Zapien was killed in the fire late Friday night.
The girl's mother and three siblings -- ranging from ages 10 to 3 months -- remain hospitalized in critical condition. But police said Monday that all four are showing signs of improvement.
Police are still investigating whether the fire was intentionally set and possibly related to a case of domestic violence.
A person of interest was detained in the case.
Police said Monday they couldn't immediately develop probably cause to arrest the unidentified man. He's been released, but remains a person of interest.
