TEMPE, Ariz. -- A Tempe business posing as a so-called compassion club has been busted for illegally selling marijuana to customers.

Tempe police said three employees of Delta 9 also were arrested Tuesday.

Neighboring businesses tipped police about the club near Broadway Road and Hardy Drive and investigators said they found large quantities of marijuana and no license to sell it.

Police said there are two legal marijuana dispensaries in Tempe.
