American Airlines changing terminals at Phoenix Sky Harbor

PHOENIX — American Airlines will begin operating out of a new terminal at Phoenix Sky Harbor on Wednesday.

The move from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4 is part of the merger that will see US Airways become part of American.

All American flights scheduled for a Tuesday departure will leave from Terminal 3. However, some American flights will arrive at Terminal 4.

After Wednesday, all of American’s flight operations will be under one roof in the new terminal. This includes access to clubs for the airline’s Admirals Club members.
