PHOENIX -- Phoenix police are investigating an early morning shooting outside a night club that left three people injured.

KNXV-TV reports that the shooting took place around 2 a.m. Sunday near 67th Avenue and Indian School Road.

Authorities said two people walking along the road began arguing with a group riding in a Cadillac.

Police said that's when a passenger seated in the rear fired a handgun multiple times, striking two victims.

They said a third victim was reportedly run over during the incident.

Police said the two gunshot-wound victims have non-life-threatening injuries. They did not have an update on the third victim's condition.
