SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Scottsdale officials will unveil plans for various events the city has planned in conjunction with the Cactus League's spring training season.

City representatives on Tuesday will preview the game schedule for the San Francisco Giants, who will be playing at Scottsdale Stadium.

The city will also announce plans for the 2014 Spring Training Festival, scheduled for Feb. 22.

Officials say the festival will include interactive exhibits, a Cactus League hot dog challenge and a sports memorabilia and car show.

The announcements will be made at the Pink Pony restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale. The restaurant, once a popular spring-training hangout, was recently renovated by new owners and hasn't reopened yet.
