PHOENIX -- A 50-year-old El Mirage man is pleading not guilty in a child pornography case.

James Robert Desilva faced 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. He entered his plea in Maricopa County Superior Court on Monday.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said Desilva was arrested last month.

The Sheriff's Office said authorities received a tip through Child Protective Services of an Internet Protocol address that was sharing child-pornography files.

According to authorities, the IP address belonged to Desilva.

At the time of his arrest, Desilva worked as an IT specialist for the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
