According to CNN Money and Penske Truck Rental, the population of Phoenix has getting even larger.
Penske has released its annual list of its top 10 moving destinations in the U.S. for 2013 and Phoenix is once again on the list.
After suffering severely when the housing bubble burst, Phoenix is seeing a rebound and major employers are large, international corporations like Walmart, JP Morgan Chase, Intel, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.
Phoenix came in at No. 5 last year, down two spots from 2012. This year, Las Vegas is the new addition, coming in at No. 10. Atlanta remained No. 1 for the fourth year in a row.
Penske composes the list based on one-way truck rentals made via its website and over the phone.
