CHANDLER, Ariz. -- A Phoenix man is in custody in connection with a non-fatal shooting at a Chandler restaurant in 2012.

Chandler police announced the arrest Thursday of 19-year-old Michael David Calvin Jr.

They said Calvin was arrested in Tempe and booked into the downtown Phoenix jail on suspicion of one count of aggravated assault and 25 counts of endangerment.

One man was shot twice after a confrontation inside a Serrano's Mexican Food restaurant on Oct. 6, 2012.
