TOLLESON, Ariz. -- Police say three people have been found dead inside a home in the Phoenix suburb of Tolleson.
Police cordoned off an area near 93rd Avenue and West Jefferson on Wednesday after getting a call from a relative of the family who found the bodies.
Tolleson police have confirmed that the deaths were a murder-suicide.
Authorities said the bodies of a man and two girls, ages 8 and 6, were found inside a home.
Alejandro Gallardo, 45, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, police said, and the two daughters were found to be shot.
Neighbors and those who work in the area told police they heard screaming coming from the home Wednesday morning.
