LAS CRUCES, N.M. -- An Arizona man sought on federal drug charges has been apprehended in southern New Mexico.

FBI spokesman Frank Fisher said 46-year-old Matthew Duke Maley of Tucson is in FBI custody after being apprehended Wednesday night in the Las Cruces area.

Fischer said Maley faced charges of distributing methamphetamine and of aiding and abetting.
