PHOENIX -- Authorities have released the name of a driver killed after his car crossed a Phoenix street's center line and collided head-on with two other vehicles.
Phoenix police say the man has been identified as 32-year-old Mario Reyes.
They say two other people were seriously injured in the accident about 7:45 a.m. Tuesday that shut down Indian School Road at North 61st Avenue during the morning commute.
Police say Reyes' car was seen weaving through traffic before the crash, but they don't know what caused the accident.
Two people in the vehicles struck head-on by the car that crossed the center line were transported to a hospital with injuries that authorities say are non-life threatening.
A fourth person was treated and released at the scene.
