TUCSON, Ariz. -- The death of a man whose body was pulled from the Santa Cruz River in Tucson during weekend storms is being investigated as a homicide.
Tucson police spokesman Sgt. Chris Widmer said an autopsy performed on the body showed that the man had suffered signs of trauma.
The body was found Friday.
Police said they discovered that the man had gang affiliations.
The man's name hasn't yet been released.
