Business up at Valley golf courses

Valley golf courses are apparently getting busier.
Greg Ellis is the general manager of the Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia and the host of KTAR’s Bunker to Bunker Golf show. He said business is picking up at Valley courses.
“The winter visitors are coming back earlier and the reservations are coming in earlier than they have in the past,” Ellis said. “Everything is looking like a very good picture for the future for us in golf.”
He said some courses are doing better than others.
“Usually it is the mid-range to lower side of the high-tiered golf courses that are probably bringing in the better business right now,” Ellis said.
He said that if the weather holds up, it could be a good end to 2013, and a good beginning for 2014, at Valley golf courses.
