MOHAVE VALLEY, Ariz. -- Authorities in northern Arizona say a woman is recovering after being assaulted with a hookah pipe at the Mohave Valley bookstore where she works.

Mohave County Sheriff's officials say the unidentified victim was showing hookah pipes to a male customer about 10 a.m. Wednesday when he grabbed one of the pipes and hit her over the head.

The man then allegedly forced the woman to take off most of her clothes. When another customer came into the store, the man fled.

Authorities say the woman went to a nearby business to get help and was taken to Valley View Medical Center where she was treated and released.

Sheriff's officials have a description of the suspect and are looking for him. He was still at large as of Friday afternoon.
